Repulsa en Gáldar al último asesinato por violencia machista en Santa Úrsula

 

Gáldar expresó con un minuto de silencio su rechazo al asesinato de una mujer de 43 años este lunes en Santa Úrsula, Tenerife, víctima de la violencia machista. La primera teniente alcalde, Valeria Guerra, la concejala de Igualdad, Ana Teresa Mendoza, concejales y empleados públicos se sumaron este jueves a la convocatoria realizada por la Fecam en protesta por este asesinato por violencia machista que ha vuelto a cobrarse la vida de una mujer.

 

El número de mujeres asesinadas por violencia de género asciende a 25 en 2020. La Delegación del Gobierno contra la Violencia de Género confirmó ayer la naturaleza machista del asesinato, pues hay constancia de denuncias previas por violencia de género durante el confinamiento y, de hecho, el presunto autor del crimen tenía una orden de alejamiento.
